Preparing your order

Orders are carefully packed before dispatch. Preparation times can vary, so please allow for the processing time shown on the product page or at checkout. During busy periods and around public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery within the UK

Available delivery services, prices and estimated times are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Orders outside the UK

Where international delivery is available, the options and delivery charge will appear at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges may be payable by the recipient, depending on the destination country's rules.

Tracking your parcel

If tracking is available for your selected service, we'll send the details when your order is dispatched. Please check your order confirmation for the delivery address and contact us if you need help.
