Products

We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. As our confetti is made from natural petals, slight variations in colour, shape and appearance can occur between batches.

Product photographs are intended to give a fair representation of the products, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud or where a product is unavailable. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund.

Personalised Products

Please check all names, dates, wording and other personalised details carefully before placing your order.

Personalised or made-to-order goods may not carry the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights where they have been made to your specifications. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Shropshire studio.

Please see our Delivery page for current delivery times and further information.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full information about returns, cancellations and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Cancellations

For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory cancellation period, subject to certain exceptions including some personalised or made-to-order goods.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@throwthepetals.co.uk.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. UK consumer law requires businesses to provide remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Website Use

You may use our website for personal and lawful purposes only.

All website content, including our branding, product photography, graphics, designs and written content, belongs to Throw The Petals Ltd or is used with permission and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on our website when you place your order will apply to that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in other UK courts depending on where they live.
