Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Shropshire studio.

Delivery: 1 – 2 working days

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, depending on the size and destination of your order. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For personalised or made-to-order products, please allow an additional working day for preparation.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Throw The Petals, we want you to be completely happy with your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@throwthepetals.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or has been sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please email hello@throwthepetals.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can resolve it for you.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

We are unable to accept returns or cancellations for products that have been personalised, customised or made to your specifications, including personalised confetti cones, sachets, labels and other customised products, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Natural Petal Products

Our real petal confetti is a natural product. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, size and appearance between batches. These natural variations are not considered faults.

If you believe your petals are damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different eligible product, please contact us regarding the return of your original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
